By accessing or using LetterGen Pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
LetterGen Pro is a cloud-based SaaS platform that provides document and letter management tools for debt collection agencies, including template creation, PDF generation, debtor management, and letter tracking.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
- Free trials are available for 14 days with no credit card required.
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on the selected plan.
- Plan features and limits are as described on our pricing page.
- You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
- Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) Regulation F
- Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- All applicable state and local debt collection laws
6. Data Ownership & Privacy
- You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- Data is isolated per tenant — no other agency can access your data.

7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the property of LetterGen Pro. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetterGen Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
